After October 1st 2024, devices running anything less than Android 8 will not receive further software updates. Some features might be restricted or stop working completely.
If you are running an Android version lower than Android 8, please update your device to the latest Android version.
Our 'Access Control Pro', 'Epos Pro' and 'Box Office Pro' apps are available for Android devices running Android 8.0 “Oreo” and above.
Our 'Access Control Pro' app is supported on all iOS devices running iOS 11.0 or later.
Note: If you wish to use tap-to-pay via Stripe terminals in conjunction with EPoS Pro, your device must run Android 11 or later, and must be Google Managed Service (GMS) Certified. For more information about this, please speak with our Partner Success Team.

Sunmi D3 Mini
The Sunmi D3 Mini includes display features such as a dual screen for both customer and user.
Works in conjunction with the Access Control app and Cashless Pro app
Features such as NFC, scan code module, camera, thermal printer for receipts and an external interface (ports, etc.)

Wristband/Cards/NFC Media:
Wristbands must have a Fudan 1k or MiFare Classic 1k NFC chip inside them to work with the Nuweb platform.
